 The application form for Nursery September 2026 is now available from the school office and school website please click on the form below.

We need to see your child's original birth certificate or passport and proof of your home address (e.g. council tax or water rates) when you submit the form. Emailed application forms or photocopies of the documents will not be accepted.

Closing date for applications is Friday 6th February 2026
